Shipping & Order Fulfilment
Processing Time:
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed.
Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.
Delivery Method:
For digital products such as vouchers or codes, the voucher/code will be sent via email to the email address provided at checkout once the order is processed.
Delivery Time:
Depending on your location, physical item delivery usually takes 3–7 business days.
For vouchers or codes, delivery is typically completed within the processing time stated above.
You will receive a tracking number once your order has been shipped, where applicable.
Shipping Fees:
Shipping charges (if applicable) will be displayed at checkout before you confirm your order.
No shipping fees apply to digital vouchers or codes delivered via email.
Delays:
We do our best to deliver on time, but delays may occur due to courier issues, weather, system delays, or unforeseen circumstances.

Order Cancellation
- Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of purchase if the item has not yet been shipped.
- Once the order is processed or shipped, cancellations can no longer be made.

Refund & Return Policy
Eligibility for Refunds:
Refund or replacement requests accepted for defective, damaged, or incorrect items.
Fully refund available for any invalid codes or vouchers.
Contact us within 7 days of receiving your order or attempting to use a code/voucher.
Provide a clear photo or screenshot of the issue.
Conditions:
Physical items must be unused and in their original packaging.
Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required.
Codes or vouchers must be used within their validity period; expired codes or vouchers are non-refundable.
Certain items such as digital products, gift cards, or sale items may be non-refundable unless specified above.
Refund Method:
Approved refunds will be processed back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days after confirmation.
Refunds for invalid codes or vouchers will be fully refunded upon verification.
Replacement:
Defective or damaged physical items may be eligible for a replacement instead of a refund.
